Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process.

Ryan and his crew did a great job. They were punctual, communicated effectively on when and what was being done as well as what work was included in the original quote and what would be extras. He gave great recommendations along the way as well. They also kept the house clean through the entire project. The basement came out perfect. We have hosted many gatherings and it’s a place our family now spends most of our time. We have received many compliments on the quality of work and we have referred several friends as well. Highly recommend!

Everything went as expected once we had all the supplies. Ryan and his crew worked consistently at our house until completion. Solutions were found when any glitches came up. No reasonable request went unfulfilled. The prices that were quoted in the beginning did not change through project completion. His work and work ethic were exceptional. When we consider our next project we would not hesitate to use Rowe Construction.

Ryan’s quote was fair and he worked with me to parse out pieces of the job I could do on my own to reduce the cost. His crew was great and like an extension of my family as it was summer and we were all home. As a single mom, I was super impressed with the care and time they took and gave me to talk through the aspects. They were incredibly clean and cautious. Every day the space was tidied up. Also grateful he doesn’t nickel and dime me for additional costs. Gabe and the rest of the crew were great. They were great communicators. They had their issues with late/delayed products due to Covid disruptions, but came back quickly when the items were delivered. They also came back for small touch ups that needed to get addressed. Yes, there were times Ryan didn’t respond to an initial text, but if I circled back, he immediately apologized and responded. I understand how busy they were and how many jobs they were trying to manage with the delays that COVID caused. Usually the delay was because he was waiting for a response on his end from a supplier.

Ryan was great and easy to work with. He helped us through the process. The work was very good and the cost was reasonable. Ryan and his crew were very professional and respectful. They were always on time and never felt like they were working on other projects and and never felt like they were falling behind. We hired Rowe Builders to remodel our master bath. Several years ago, we had hired Ryan's company to remodel three other bathrooms in our house. Based on the quality of workmanship, timeliness of completion and all around ease of working with Ryan and his crew, we again enlisted his help. Once again Ryan and his crew did an excellent job on all aspects of the project. We had a couple of concerns with the shower tile (basically a poor design choice on our part) and asked Ryan if we could switch to a different tile. While only a small portion had been completed, Ryan was more than willing to start over. We have had no issues with this current project or with any of the other bathrooms they completed for us. I highly recommend Rowe Builders for your remodeling needs.

We hired Rowe Construction for the second time for our master bathroom, which was a much bigger project. The project included demolishing the old bathroom and building a more oversized bathroom that included moving walls, moving toilet and shower locations, adding a new large window (masonry), installing tiles and lighting, and building a new walk-in closet. Ryan's team did a great job, and we are delighted with the craftsmanship, detailing, and overall quality. Everybody on their team was friendly and ensured the house stayed clean during construction. If you are building a new space or remodeling, look no further. I will hire them again.

Ryan and his team at Rowe Construction are incredible. Throughout the entire remodel process, Ryan had 1) Detailed and proactive communication, 2) Creative problem solving, and 3) Great design ideas. Ryan and his team remodeled our primary and hall bath in 2021. We are very pleased with how both projects turned out. Ryan was readily available during the entire project. He was always upfront if there was going to be a delay for any reason (usually supply chain issues which were not in his control). His team was prompt, clean, and checked with us to make sure all of the small details were done properly. Highly recommend.
