"This was phase 2 of 3 of my window and door project. I installed another patio door and 2 bathroom windows with privacy glass. Gus had his team replace all the rotted wood and add new aluminum capping on the exterior. The products came in earlier than expected and they were able to install everything well ahead of schedule. "The work with the Windows and Siding Group went very well and my house looks fantastic.  Hubert (sales), Greg (owner), and Wesley (job site foreman) were very professional and helpful.  Initially, Hubert was very helpful explaining all the products and price point options.  I recieved estimates from two other companies and after I completed a thorough comparison of all the specificiations available from each company and from internet sites that rate windows and siding, I decided on the Siding Group. Hubert was helpful as I worked my way through the color selelctions.  Once the work was scheduled, they arrived promptly everyday, kept the worksite clean and safe, and were responsive to my needs and to the changes in trim color I requested.  They were also responsive to reworking a complicated gutter placement.  They were trustworthy and overall, I am thrilled with my new Alside Mezzo windows and siding.  I would definitely recommend the Siding Group to my neighbors and friends.

"Real Seal did a great job. The estimator visited and walked me through everything, took his time to look for potential causes of a our problem, questioned up extensively about when we had problems and ended up suggesting that we start small (and inexpensive) to see if fixing a crack would solve problems. Other estimators with other companies went straight to really expensive drain tile systems without looking for other possible solutions. The work was scheduled promptly and they did a great job. They called back and checked on how everything was working 24 hours after the install, and scheduled a second visit to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy with the result. I would hire Real Seal again and highly recommend them."

He responded quickly to my inquiry and made time to meet with me on short notice to assess basement water issues in my new home (new to me but built in 1897). He was the first of four companies that provided quotes, and they all recommended drain tiles. Stoyan's quote was competitive and I appreciated his communication style--clear, direct, and not salesy. In the end, we went with a different company, which had installed drain tiles along one wall in the basement for the previous owner, so that the warranty would still be valid and apply to the entire basement floor. But if we had no drain tiles to begin with, we would have gone with Stoyan and ULB.
