The new door looks great . This has been a very orderly and efficient process to replace what was the original overhead door for this row garage . Maybe old dogs can adapt to new tricks . By this I refer to finding GARAGE DOORS 360 online . My research by website allowed me to identify Noah within a reasonable proximity to my location . Once I initiated communication , he was prompt in replying and scheduling an appointment to come out, make an inspection of what I needed to replace and quickly present an estimate and project a timetable for completion . As a business transaction, beyond the requisite phone calls we elected to conduct everything via texts and emails that facilitated quick transition from estimate, to order, to Noah's actual door installation, then to payment and receipt documentation . The dominoes have all fallen effectively into place .

Noah came out and he was very professional. He analyze the problem figured out it could be fixed with a strut. He fixed it quickly and proficiently and charged a fraction of what the other estimates were. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were excellent. One of our garage doors would open with our opener, but we had to close it from inside our garage and hold the button down until it was fully closed. We have had 2 other companies come out and they were unable to fix the issue. Garage Doors 360 fixed the issue within an hour, and it now works perfectly.

Called GD360 for broken coils and they gave me a quote and scheduled me for first thing next morning and told me they would contact me if they could make it earlier. Later that same morning they said they finished early and could come by earlier which was great. They replaced the coils and noticed a fraying cable that i was going to ask about and replaced that as well. They worked quickly, were professional, friendly and answered my questions and walked me through how the door should operate. Definitely using them again and referring to friends.

Noah from Garage Doors 360 contacted me as soon as I requested a quote. He was able to come out the same day, gave me an estimate, and was able to do the work right then and there. They replaced the rollers, lubricated the hinges and the springs, and even helped us reset the code for the keypad. He also explained how to keep the hinges and rollers lubricated and what to use. Will definitely be going with them for our garage door needs!
