Lime Builders nailed the scope of the work required to repair my building's east parapet, part of the gable area and replace some of the lintels. Not all of the quotes I received had the right scope of work to fix the issues on my old 2 flat bldg. Peter K's company was very professional and the workmanship is great. Their pricing was very competitive. Also the company they used to install a sidewalk canopy was 50% cheaper than another quote. I will use them again if I need more masonry work done on my home.

These guys did a really good job with dismantling and installing new brick chimney on my 80 year old house. After observing and reviewing their work, I added additional work of repairing tuckpointing issues all around the side of my house. I would definitely recommend this company for any type of brick work.

I spoke to several companies about fixing the arch above my window. The previous owners had done so, but, obviously, the problem wasn't solved because I still got water. Out of half dozen companies I spoke to about the project, I chose Lime Builders, because they were by far the most thorough in taking the time to assess the work that needed to get done. They also offered several options for the repairs. When it was time for the job to be done, the workers came and very efficiently completed the work with minimal (if any) disturbance to the residents of the (condo) building. Most of all, I liked everyone at Lime Builders because they took the time to explain everything to me, and EVERYONE I spoke to said "We work on your home just as if we were working on our own home." You can't get better than that. I chose to hire Lime Builders because, out of all the masons I spoke to, they were only group who gave me confidence that they wanted to solve my problem as much as I wanted it solved and would stand by their work. You deserve that same level of commitment as well.

Peter is a busy and there is a reason for it. He and his crew do great work. They take their time to listen and understand the requirement’s take pictures and document there progress with video/pictures. Peter came out and inspected the house and the outside parameter where the water was coming in. He explained in great detail his recommendation's and method to fix it. He took his time so I would understand his proposal and the amount of time it would take. Due to his schedule we happened to find a time that would fit for both us and the team went full board ahead. He excavated 30 feet of facade, cleaned the surface of the below grade foundation, waterproofed, sealed and installed drain mat. Peter replaced two of my gutters with custom copper my downspouts with scuppers made to fit the house (looks beautiful). Inside the basement in the same area the team sanded and polished the inter wall to remove all the buildup of 80+ of brick and concert leaching. Come the first rain we were ok but then we had a very large, multi day storm system come in and the leak appeared again. I called Peter and he came out after the storm and dug up the area in question. He found the area that was not properly prepared. He took the time to explain what was done, what should have been done and how he was going to correct it. There was not a doubt in my mind that he would not resolve the problem.. Since then we have had more rain and its holding up wonderfully.

Peter was very responsive and flexible to the changing requirements of the job. The team got the job done in a reasonable amount of time and did a good job of cleaning up the site afterwards.

I would and will recommend Lime Builders to anyone who would need their services.

Lime Builders honestly blew the other 2 quotes I had out of the water. They came in right in the middle in terms of price, but in terms of quality and expertise, Lime Builders was far and away superior. Lime Builders did a detailed analysis of the project and the requirements and Lime Builders performed the job in a very quality manner. The other two quotes didn't take the slope of the terrain into account and we would have had long term issues had I chosen them to do the job. We are completely satisfied with Lime Builders and would 110% choose them for the next project. Timely, professional, and quality. Competition wasn't even close.

They were very informative before as well as during the project, did a fantastic job! They were punctual & timely with their estimate for cost & duration of the job ... the only delays were weather related. We would definitely recommend Lime Builders!
