Another plumber said $9000 would get me a 6x3â hole in my foundation to replace a broken sewer tile located under my craftroom. I called Angiâ s List to get a 2nd opinion. As soon as I finished my online description I received a call from Misael saying he would be out later that night to assess the situation. He came after working all day, battled flooded viaducts and a quick, raging storm and located a large tree root blocking the drain tile under my craftroom. He rodded it and removed the tree root. Then used the camera & found the broken tile outside the house in the yard. The next day they came to fix the problem. They had to quit mid-job b/c a storm blew in. They came the next day and found more broken tiles - and finished the job. I was going to pay someone else $9 grand to destroy my foundation and Mario&Sons located the real problem and fixed it for almost the same price. The men were so polite, kind and respectful to me. Iâ m difficult to deal with b/c Iâ ve had 2 major strokes and canâ t hear and donâ t understand much without repeating sometimes 2&3 times. So now the dirt is settling and around the clean out station in the front yard which they installed. The foundation in my craftroom is intact (thank God! What an unnecessary mess that would have been! ) Mario&Sons weâ re fast, efficient, pleasant to deal with and competent. Competency is key in this situation! Can you imagine a 6x3foot hole in your foundation to fix a broken tile only to find a tree root and then have to dig up the entire front yard to fix the real problem? The expense and mess not to mention destabilization of my foundation - what that would have cost? The job was fixed efficiently and I could not be happier! I highly recommend this company! I donâ t think I could trust any other plumber after this incident. Itâ s like a Dr. saying you need a heart transplant and after a second opinion you really need an appendix removed! What a relief! Being disabled, I was treated with kindness and respect and not taken advantage of! Thatâ s worth itâ s weight in gold!

Misael and Sergio did a great job. My complicated pipes needed updates and simplification prior to rodding and the work looks great.

Assessment of initial problem (clogged drains) and POA was explained thoroughly. I needed work completed by the weekend and work was scheduled in a timely manner. When a more serious problem was identified by the plumber who came out to clear drains, the problem was explained thoroughly. Tom understood my time crunch with out-of-town visitors arriving the next evening, He arranged to have a team of four arrive the next morning to get the work done. They were up front about the cost, which seemed high but when they are there,, what are you going to dol.. Thry were knowledgeable and fast.

I like this company. They came out leaving traffic from a job to look at our bathroom tub to see why our water was not coming out fast and told us what needs to be done. They gave us a fair price upfront and ran through the process, They gave us a date and time and stuck to it. The cre came out and began the work. They took out the old pipeline, put in a new one, and then a plate outside ht shower knobs to make it one, and the fixture they installed a new one. They did it all in 6 hours and made sure the water was coming out fast, unclogged the drains, and then advised us what to do with the sink after they finished fixing the drain and what to put in the toilet and the sick fixture, and told us what we needed to redo our shower plumbing and fixtures. It consisted of taking out the old pipes and putting in a new one for the knobs to turn at once, and they installed one new pipe. They did it cleanly, and efficiently, and gave us a fair quote. I liked Tommy a lot, he is hardworking, knows his craft, and is fun to talk to. For any major work you need to be done for plumbing fixtures or draining, call Marios and Sons Sewer, LLC. They were very nice. They came within an hour. Told me everything that was wrong and how much it would cost.

Easy to work with, polite & courteous, explained the issues, explained what they were doing every step of the way. I was happy with the work they performed. They cleaned up afterwards. They are not cheap, but also not the most expensive either. I would use them again.

Did the work expected. Cleaned up well. Not cheap, but replaced some very old, clogged pipes and leaky toilet seal. Would use them again.

Contacted Sunday, they were able to fit me in their schedule by Tuesday morning. Removed partial clog on main sewer and then ran scope. Showed me line from clean-out all the way to street sewer. They pointed out a couple things but suggested leave alone and if they become issue in the future, they can hydrojet. Did not try selling services not needed. They were in and out in about and hour. Very quick. Good price considering what I paid for rodding and scoping, other companies only scope for that amount.

2 sons called and came over in 1/2 hour. Didn't charge a fee to show up and give estimate. After agreeing to price, they rodded out hard to get at clog (I tried unsuccessfully) and didn't leave a mess. Even took boots off in apartment. Price seemed expensive but was in line with other prices I was seeing on Angi. Worth it considering how quick, professional and affable they were
