"Shavitz is great. They're not the least expensive place you can find, but you get what you pay for. They are always punctual, and the technicians are always helpful, professional, and polite. I have used them to repair a leaky duct and they were prompt about completing the work, which is great because I needed to schedule drywall work once they were finished. I recently had my AC go out on a really hot 95º day, and they were admittedly busy, but a tech came to my house and stayed until 9-9:30pm to making sure our air conditioner was working. He also recognized a leak and they quickly processed our warranty claim that was set to expire in the next two weeks. Problem totally fixed in less than a week. Good contractors are hard to come by - I couldn't ask for anything more."

"The technician came out yesterday, June 5th and did a diagnosis on my air conditioner as there was a significant cooling disparity between the upstairs and downstairs of our two story townhome. I was expecting to possibly replace the A/C as it is getting older. However, the technician stated the AC is in good working condition and that there was a slight leakage factoring into the cooling discrepancy. That was a much less expensive repair or fix vs. replacing the whole equipment. I appreciated his honesty, time spent communicating the issue with me and professionalism. "The air duct cleaning aspect was good. I had issue with a few minor things that happened while the service was performed. Tom from Mr. Duct, quickly responded to my concerns and remedied them as best he could. The workers arrived on time and on schedule, were polite and quickly got to work. AWE (Air, Water, Energy) did a great job. The installers arrived on schedule and worked all day to removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment.  When they were finished, everything looked great and the work area was completely cleaned up.  The air conditioner has worked great all summer and kept our house at a comfortable temperature.  I am looking forward to a similar experience with the new furnace, also.  After the system was installed, AWE sent an inspector to our house to make sure the job was completed satisfactorily (which it was) and take pictures of the equipment to make sure it was installed correctly (which it was).

FYI, we have been a customer of AWE for over twenty years because of the great service they have always provided.  This was the 2nd furnace and air conditioner we have purchased from them.  They also installed our current water heater.  The technicians are always very knowledgeable and friendly.  They always arrive when they say they will arrive, and do what they promise.  The services provided have always met or exceeding our expectations.  I would recommend AWE to everyone.

I needed service in Sept 2018 and had various coupon prices of $39 and $49 for an A/C tune up and was about to chose on of them but decided to check Angie's list for a review or google for the coupon companies. For some reason, I decided to use this company even tho the cost was a bit more money and boy am I ever happy that I went with my hunch. Sometimes it is NOT always about the money. I get 2 free tune-ups a year included in the monthly fee for NO charge and if I need any service work I get 20% off of the charge and same day service...all for only $12.95 a month. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."
