Kriss and John's crew were exceptionally professional. We hired their team to replace our rooftop A/C unit as well as the in-apartment furnace. They completed the task in one day, were exceptionally courteous and friendly, cleaned up every last piece of scrap, were responsive to emails and calls, and their price could not be beat. This is an A+ company and crew that I highly recommend.

My HVAC system was having serious issues. It was clear there was a leak. One company ran some tests, identified a leak source, and then told me I'd need a new system. I got a second opinion, and was also told I'd need a replacement system. John was my third opinion. No replacement necessary. He had my system up and running for for $14K less than the replacement quote. He also fixed a couple of other issues with our system that seemed to have perplexed the HVAC companies we'd used over the years. He sent me before and after pictures and explained things clearly. He was very professional in all respects. I wish I had found John years ago.

Furnace went out during the night it was -5 degrees out. Around 6:45 AM filled out Home Adviser form. In the reply email there was a direct number to John, so I called around 7AM. John picked up immediately and scheduled me for 10:30-11AM (same day) and showed up right within that time window. They were able to diagnose the issue with the furnace and fixed it within 1 hr or so. I'm no expert when it comes to furnace repair cost but the price seemed fair given that I thought the furnace was completely shot. Gave us a 1yr warranty on the service performed and parts. The furnace is working like a champ and we're nice and warm. I would recommend this service with a solid 5 star rating! I'm a believer in transparent communication so provide these guys with pics of your furnace with a model number before they arrive (text John) this gives the guys some preparation information before they arrive and you should be golden! Thanks John and KTS!!!!

On october 5th after talking to John and explaining the issue I had with my furnace, he knew exactly what I needed. October 6th, he came by with his helper and only took them 30 minutes to change a part needed. Yes,I will definitely hire them kn the future

KTS Heating and Cooling did fantastic job with our boiler replacement project. Complete new Lockinvar condensing boiler install with all associated pumps, and piping for heating of indirect water heater and radiant flooring system. Highly recommend them for HVAC work, boilers, radiant flooring, ductwork, furnace, A/C, etc...

Guys came in like special forces, took old furnace out put brand new one in in a heart beat, super fast, super clean, very professional and friendly. I couldn't ask for anything more. I highly recommend them if you are looking for heating and cooling work, hire them and you will be happy!

KTS replaced our furnace and AC unit recently and their customer service was exceptional. They were very honest and provided a better price than some of the local companies that you would see advertised on TV. My wife works from home and is pregnant so letting someone else in your home to work for 8 hours can sometimes make you nervous, but they were very courteous and I would trust them with any job that fits their capabilities. I would 100% recommend them for your next job!
