"Replaced capacitor. Still didn't work, so we were looking at ac replacement. Before we did, technician continued to experiment by cooling of the compressor with the garden hose and it worked! Saved me thousands in replacement costs."

"Andrew and his assistant were very professional in their approach to cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. The services they provided were totally consistent with how they describe their approach to the service they provide. This included the very helpful before and after pictures taken which would convince anyone of the need to have this work performed in their homes."

"Dwayne from G & R Heating & Air did a very thorough job checking our AC system. He verified everything was in good working order. Dwayne was professional, courteous and friendly. I ended up purchasing the service contract."

"They were able to send out a tech to repair our AC pretty quickly (within a few days), even though this was during a bout of unusually high temperatures. The tech arrived towards the end of the given arrival window; even though he was still within the window, they called me that day to let me know he would be later rather than earlier, which was nice. The tech diagnosed the issue, and discussed options with me and fixed it (low line refrigerant, possible leak). All that was great, and prices seemed reasonable. The only negative part of the experience is that there was an extra charge to de-ice the frozen interior coils. I could have done that in advance if I knew I was supposed to (the tech seemed surprised I hadn't, or that I wasn't told to). Maybe that's obvious to others, but it's not that big of a deal, just an an annoying extra cost."

"We were very happy with American Family. Their bid was competitive and the installation of our new air conditioner went very smoothly. They removed the existing system and were great about not destroying our landscape. We had them install the new system in a new location, away from the back patio. So far everything seems to be running fine and I would happily recommend them to anyone."

"We had a great experience with Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning during our recent replacement of our furnace and AC unit. They were very professional and completed the job on time and answered all of my questions. Would recommend them for our Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical needs."

"Our air conditioning unit went out. They came out immediately. Unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced and they were able to take care of it the next day. Prompt and professional."

"They came even at a busy time to assess what needed to be done. I was given plenty of information and my questions were answered. I expect tomorrow’s furnace instsall will go just as well. I have had ac units and furnaces installed by Miller and been very pleased. A fine company."

"I needed a new air conditioner for this coming spring and summer I had a couple companies lined up to come to my home here in Bolingbrook, from Best rates heating and cooling from Oswego came out with his daughter, and he noticed that the furnace was giving issues. He asked me if there was anything going on, the amazing part about it is I went down with both of them even his young daughter who is nine years old asked his father and said hey Papa, the furnace is not supposed to be making that booming sound right thatâ s when I knew that I was gonna be going with this company for his daughter to know at such a young age how a furnace should operate he responded with. Itâ s not operating well but weâ re going to figure it out. Keep in mind I had called him for the air conditioner on he checked the age of the unit and the brand-name and he brought me up to speed. My unit was 14 years old after he said what was causing the booming sound was that I had a flexible gas line and he said that he would repair it for me. He also went above and beyond and check the inside of the furnace and the condition with his camera and I saw that it was rusting up in the inside. His professionalism was great he said we can continue to the just AC If you would like to, but you may only have a couple years left. He gave me both options for both. I went forward with him. Right away You canâ t shop that type of customer service. The morning of the install it was raining I thought to myself maybe they will reschedule Shirley enough. They showed up at 7 AM at my doorstep ready to rock â nâ roll. Ish and General Sir good morning and put down flooring cloths and they continue to do the install even in the rain. These guys worked hard and Iâ m excited to use my new Wi-Fi thermostat. They even help me and was patient enough to set it up the WiFi thermostat because I forgot the password and the installation is Came out perfect way better then I expected. Definitely recommend them.! Ask for ISH!!!!! Thanks guys"

"The men were very professional and fair. They tried very hard to fix the AC but the unit was deemed beyond repair. It was leaking coolant somewhere. They said they could give me a very good deal on a new AC with all parts and labor included if and when I choose to replace the AC unit with them. Even though the unit was not fixed because it was frankly beyond repair, I am still satisfied by their dedicated effort, honesty and professionalism. I will most likely buy a new AC from One Hour AC of Naperville in the near future."
