It seems to me that getting the work done is easy, but what is not easy is communication between customers, sales, and the crew. That is where Modern Landscape shines. ALL questions/emails were answered promptly, and communication to his guys was obviously very good, nothing was missed. We asked for quite a bit of extra work to be done that was not on the original bid, and that was never a problem. If any problems came up, Nick dealt with them quickly. "Very professional and did an excellent job. Stuart was great. I had to replace a hallway ceiling light and he showed me a recessed light he had with him which was nice so I went with that light. He also recommended that I replace the second hallway light and as it turned out it did need to be replaced. Older home with old lights. He even went to Home Depot to get the second light!
