"I hired Top Rail Fence for two separate projects this Spring. First I had them replace 3 broken posts in a non-traditional fence at the rear of my property. The posts had broken off just above ground and needed to be replaced in a way that the fence would be in the same line with the rest of the fence. They posts were not only anchored in concrete but also had concrete poured them from the neighbors patio. The second task was to replace a dilapidated fence on the south property line. This was done to our complete satisfaction Bot installers, Francisco and his crew ands Mike (and son) did excellent work and followed our particular directions on how we wanted the project to look at completion to our complete satisfaction. The installers were professional, courteous and respectful of our property. They also cleaned up the site when they were finished. "Arrived on time. Trouble shot the problem, found the problem, fixed it. My motion sensor needed to be re mounted after siding crew removed it. It wasn’t getting any juice. Works great now. He also attached the door bell button and replaced the chime box. He will be back to fix a span of my fence in the future."

"Getting a quote was easy and timely. The price was very fair. We paid by check with 1/2 down and completed check payment at completion of job. We contacted the end of April and the job completed a few weeks later. The 2 employees who showed up on time and were nice and great with communication to make sure they knew exactly what we wanted and expected. They were respectful of our and neighbor property. The 2 employees were joined by another couple of employees and the job was completed mid afternoon. They checked in about obstacles and questions to make sure we knew what would be done. We are very happy with the work. The above work type didn’t let me choose the exact job. Residence. They removed an 35 yr old rotten fence and built the new cedar fence with steel posts and a gates in a day."
