"I hired Top Rail Fence for two separate projects this Spring. First I had them replace 3 broken posts in a non-traditional fence at the rear of my property. The posts had broken off just above ground and needed to be replaced in a way that the fence would be in the same line with the rest of the fence. They posts were not only anchored in concrete but also had concrete poured them from the neighbors patio. The second task was to replace a dilapidated fence on the south property line. This was done to our complete satisfaction Bot installers, Francisco and his crew ands Mike (and son) did excellent work and followed our particular directions on how we wanted the project to look at completion to our complete satisfaction. The installers were professional, courteous and respectful of our property. They also cleaned up the site when they were finished. "Tom was very good working with us to accomodate our travel schedules. With the fence we also installed a keystone wall. These were done expertly. He insured the new fence tied in smartly with an existing chain link fence. He also installed a temporary deer fence. A short time after completion, there was a problem with the gate. When we called, he was out the next afternoon to correct it to our satisfaction. I highly recommend TLC."

"Arrived on time. Trouble shot the problem, found the problem, fixed it. My motion sensor needed to be re mounted after siding crew removed it. It wasn’t getting any juice. Works great now. He also attached the door bell button and replaced the chime box. He will be back to fix a span of my fence in the future."

A section of our fence was knocked over during a wind storm, and they were able to re-use the undamaged materials to keep costs low, and the fence is better than it was before.
