"Nick and his crew are awesome! I can't recommend these guys enough. The guys worked very hard and are very professional. Nick met with us multiple times to lay out exactly what we wanted. We have had a lot of work down on our house, so we are familiar with how companies get things done. Nick was by far the best at setting and meeting our expectations. It seems to me that getting the work done is easy, but what is not easy is communication between customers, sales, and the crew. That is where Modern Landscape shines. ALL questions/emails were answered promptly, and communication to his guys was obviously very good, nothing was missed. We asked for quite a bit of extra work to be done that was not on the original bid, and that was never a problem. If any problems came up, Nick dealt with them quickly. "They did a great job. The job was completed faster than expected. They had the locates done. They covered the fence with plastic to prevent concrete splatter on it. The sheilded the air condition compressors with plywood during the concrete pour. Overall I am really happy with them and will be hiring them to do the concrete work for my deck.
