We have had a lot of work down on our house, so we are familiar with how companies get things done. Nick was by far the best at setting and meeting our expectations. It seems to me that getting the work done is easy, but what is not easy is communication between customers, sales, and the crew. That is where Modern Landscape shines. ALL questions/emails were answered promptly, and communication to his guys was obviously very good, nothing was missed. We asked for quite a bit of extra work to be done that was not on the original bid, and that was never a problem. If any problems came up, Nick dealt with them quickly. There is good reason why these guys are the best. Thanks guys! We could not be happier with our new back yard!!!"

"They did a great job. The job was completed faster than expected. They had the locates done. They covered the fence with plastic to prevent concrete splatter on it. The sheilded the air condition compressors with plywood during the concrete pour. Overall I am really happy with them and will be hiring them to do the concrete work for my deck. "Gary and his boys did a great job. Showed up on time, worked very hard. Fixing the retaining wall required removing just some huge nasty tree roots. It was not fun, but they worked very hard to get it so the retaining wall could be straight. Appreciate all the work they put in…. I would highly recommend Rock Solid Excavation."

He also recommended that I replace the second hallway light and as it turned out it did need to be replaced. Older home with old lights. He even went to Home Depot to get the second light! I definitely will hire them again for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend!!"
