We have had a lot of work down on our house, so we are familiar with how companies get things done. Nick was by far the best at setting and meeting our expectations. It seems to me that getting the work done is easy, but what is not easy is communication between customers, sales, and the crew. That is where Modern Landscape shines. ALL questions/emails were answered promptly, and communication to his guys was obviously very good, nothing was missed. We asked for quite a bit of extra work to be done that was not on the original bid, and that was never a problem. If any problems came up, Nick dealt with them quickly. "Rock solid was hired to redo landscaping and install sump and French drains in order to correct a serious water problem caused by poor grade planning and design. After interviewing three contractors, Gary and his team hired because they looked at the project and offered a professional solution. This company was the only contractor that got it right and knew exactly what was required. They also had the right equipment and tools to do the job correctly. Once the problem was fixed, they did an exceptional job of getting the grade right and installing trees, edging and large rocks over new sod. The entire project was done professionally at a reasonable price. We have already had many positive feedback and we have committed to additional work in the coming months. "Adam did an excellent job of installing pavers for our front walkway to our driveway. He also installed low-voltage lighting along the walkway. He was excellent in his follow-up to fix some minor issues that came up with the lighting. Adam was very good at explaining what needed to be done and giving us options when options were available. "Very professional and did an excellent job. Stuart was great. I had to replace a hallway ceiling light and he showed me a recessed light he had with him which was nice so I went with that light. He also recommended that I replace the second hallway light and as it turned out it did need to be replaced. Older home with old lights. He even went to Home Depot to get the second light! I definitely will hire them again for any future electrical needs. Highly recommend!!"
