We have had a lot of work down on our house, so we are familiar with how companies get things done. Nick was by far the best at setting and meeting our expectations. It seems to me that getting the work done is easy, but what is not easy is communication between customers, sales, and the crew. That is where Modern Landscape shines. ALL questions/emails were answered promptly, and communication to his guys was obviously very good, nothing was missed. We asked for quite a bit of extra work to be done that was not on the original bid, and that was never a problem. If any problems came up, Nick dealt with them quickly. This company was the only contractor that got it right and knew exactly what was required. They also had the right equipment and tools to do the job correctly. Once the problem was fixed, they did an exceptional job of getting the grade right and installing trees, edging and large rocks over new sod. The entire project was done professionally at a reasonable price. We have already had many positive feedback and we have committed to additional work in the coming months.
