"It took 2 weeks before I was able to use my shower due to the shower leaking out the door. I notified the company and they sent out a supervisor, then it was a week from that visit that I was notified that someone was coming.to fix the leak, it took 2 weeks to resolve the issue. The contractor miss measured for my shower door and then had to cut 2 holes in my wall to place studs so he could attach the door correctly. He replaced the dry wall and applied the mud but never finished it. Also the trim work around the shower was poorly done. I am a 74 yr old widow and had to have someone else come and finish the wall and redo the trim"

It helped to see them in the bathroom in order to get a better idea of the finished look. Dave, the installer, took pride in his work and made sure that everything was installed to my liking. He consulted with me on the grab bar and shelves to make sure I was happy with the placement. He also took time to answer my questions and provide explanations that made sense. I was highly impressed with how clean he kept the project by putting drop cloths through my house and cleaning up each day before leaving. I am VERY happy with my new shower stall and am amazed at how the panels make the shower look like tile instead!!! "Larry confirmed that the shower pan was not cracked, which would have been a big project to get fixed. He removed and replaced the compromised sealant all the way around the shower. He used a more reliable product when he replaced it. While working he noticed that the seal was compromised in several other places, causing moisture and mold to accumulate. He fixed this as well because he cares about the quality of his work. The was thorough and professional. He did not try to nickel and dime us. I also asked him to look at the sealant on our kitchen counters and the doorframe/ lock to one of the doors. I did not include the additional work in the cost I listed. He fixed both at a reasonable price, even though that was not the reason for the service call."
