Valdez scored 90 on painting. There is one area in small bathroom that needs repainting. The back door was to be replaced and sealant put on another door and then bathroom flooring quoted to be done. Valdez never showed up for appointment to replace back door, flooring, repaint and sealing on other back door. Very disappointed after multiple calls, emails etc., no reply until message left that I will be submitting review. To date Fernando has not contacted me to reschedule appointment.
