We are a local painting company based in the Atlanta area. We have over 10 years of experience in home services. We strive to make a great impression on anyone whose house we paint. Our services include painting, pressure washing, handyman jobs, housecleaning and more! Our service is 8 hours, 2 persons that will work from 8 am to 5 pm. "We live in a 50+ year old brick home. The exterior trim and windows had not been painted in at least 17 years. We had some severe issues with many windows losing their glazing. I did not want to replace all our old windows as is recommended by most contractors. Rony and his crew jumped in and reglazed and painted all 240 window lighrs in our home. They repaired soffit damage, cracked window glass, repainted all wood gables, facia and gutters with great care. The house looks wonderful. We paid less than I expected to just replace all the windows! He was patient with us when we changed colors during the project and was so easy to work with. You should paint your home exterior every five to 10 years, on average. Climate and surroundings can affect how well paint holds up. Wood siding will likely need a fresh coat of paint every three to seven years. Paint on brick tends to last about eight to 17 years, on average.

Other cost factors include your location, the type of siding (e.g., wood, aluminum, brick, stucco, etc.), and the kind of paint (e.g. oil-based, latex, acrylic, etc.). Painting the trim a different color or painting intricately designed trim can also increase the cost.
You should apply at least two coats of paint when painting the exterior of your house. Two coats of paint provides better durability and more even coverage than just one coat.
