"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

"It took 2 weeks before I was able to use my shower due to the shower leaking out the door. I notified the company and they sent out a supervisor, then it was a week from that visit that I was notified that someone was coming.to fix the leak, it took 2 weeks to resolve the issue. The contractor miss measured for my shower door and then had to cut 2 holes in my wall to place studs so he could attach the door correctly. He replaced the dry wall and applied the mud but never finished it. Also the trim work around the shower was poorly done. I am a 74 yr old widow and had to have someone else come and finish the wall and redo the trim"

"Limitless Renovations handled the remodel of our bathroom, which included oreplacing our lighting fixtures, removing a bathtub and replacing it with a shower, replacing our vanity and it's plumbing, replacing the flooring, changing a door and painting the bathroom. They also painted an adjoining bedroom and closet and replaced the flooring in both spaces. Simon, who handled all of the bathroom renovation except for the flooring, painting and installing the glass for the shower, Eric who installed all of the flooring and Manny who did all of the painting were all a pleasure to work with. "When I called for service, it was apparent to me that the unit needed coolant (R410A). The representative on the phone described a few issues that might be the problem and scheduled an appointment for a technician to confirm/deny these theories. I was given a 2.5 hour window, and the technicians arrived in the first half of that window. Despite the fact that R410A leaks are often easier to find than freon leaks, this one wasn't easy to find. However, the technicians persisted and finally found it.
Unfortunately, the part that was leaking and needed replacing was almost as expensive as simply replacing the outdoor unit (and once you added the labor, it would have been more expensive than replacement). I was fairly certain that my system was out of warranty (I couldn't remember when I had it installed) and the lead technician made a couple calls to confirm this. He then called the office and got a quote for a new outdoor unit, noting that the indoor unit would need no maintenance or alteration, despite the fact that the new unit would be a different brand.
Unfortunately, I'm not able to handle the cost of a new unit right now, but if/when I am, I'll be calling Dayco to put it in.
