He used a more reliable product when he replaced it. While working he noticed that the seal was compromised in several other places, causing moisture and mold to accumulate. He fixed this as well because he cares about the quality of his work. The was thorough and professional. He did not try to nickel and dime us. I also asked him to look at the sealant on our kitchen counters and the doorframe/ lock to one of the doors. I did not include the additional work in the cost I listed. He fixed both at a reasonable price, even though that was not the reason for the service call."
