"Larry confirmed that the shower pan was not cracked, which would have been a big project to get fixed. He removed and replaced the compromised sealant all the way around the shower. He used a more reliable product when he replaced it. While working he noticed that the seal was compromised in several other places, causing moisture and mold to accumulate. He fixed this as well because he cares about the quality of his work. The was thorough and professional. He did not try to nickel and dime us. I also asked him to look at the sealant on our kitchen counters and the doorframe/ lock to one of the doors. I did not include the additional work in the cost I listed. He fixed both at a reasonable price, even though that was not the reason for the service call."

However, the tech was there when I arrived at 2:05 pm. He quickly got to work, even had to leave to get a part, but returned promptly. Repaired the water line under the sink and replaced my tub fixtures. He explained exactly what he was doing, and also what I would need to do in the future. And I had a written estimate before he began any work. They aren't cheap, but for such great (and super-prompt) service, I'm willing to pay for it. Especially on a Friday afternoon!"
