"Daniel came out yesterday to asses the situation. I was provided 3 options in fixing the broken exhaust fan I had. I went with buying the exhaust fan at Home Depot and have install it. I went ahead got LBE to replace the hallway upstairs bathroom exhaust fan too. Even though it was not having issues, I wanted to replace it with the same model as I was replacing the broken one with. Daniel and Hunter came out this morning to replace both fans. Took then less than 2 hours to finish the job. They vacuumed and clean up as well. They both showed the the functioning new fans. They did good work!"

The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost."

Levi, the technician, was prompt, friendly, and professional. After he provided me with the quote I approved and he installed the outlet. "He said the damper on my Fridge needed to be replaced and said it would be $515.00 and that he'd be back in three days. Obviously playing me. That cost me $60.00 for ten minutes. The part is $102.00 retail. The install is nothing. Watch a few videos, nothing. The door had a rip in the rubber. He saw it, didn't even address it. I said I would have to think about it. He asked for his $60.00. They can make a nice living doing these quotes. He would have been laughing with all his buddies had I agreed."

"I had a brand new heat pump system installed in April 2023. They sent subcontractors to install it who were very unprofessional and they left bare wires hanging out of the machine and it did not look like it was installed correctly. It stopped working completely 4 times in 5 months, the last time was on October 10, service tech said, “I really don’t agree with the way they installed it “ he said the wires were barely connected so it kept losing power. He got it working again and left. Two weeks ago it got cold and we turned the system to heat for the very first time. It blew cold air. We made ANOTHER service call. The technician said that a switch had “gone bad” because, “they wear out” we explained that we have never used the heat even once, so how could the switch be worn out. Then they advised they had to order a part. Over a week later the part came in and they returned and that still didn’t fix. Now they say the compressor has, “gone bad” and when we reiterated that we have never even used it so how is it worn out they answered, “they just go bad sometimes” we still don’t have heat, they say they have to order more parts. We asked them to look over the whole system because we don’t think it is installed right and I am genuinely concerned that it is a fire hazard and they looked at it, put electrical tape on some hanging wires and left. We have had to take SIX days off work so far and buy space heaters and we are no closer to having a working system. This unit is less then SIX MONTHS OLD. At this point I have no choice but to pursue legal action. This whole experience has been terrible and has cost me hundreds in missed time at work and I’m still paying for a system that does not work."
