"A few weeks ago I had this company come out for a chimney sweep. The two guys that showed up and swept my chimney. During the sweep, the tech identified that I need to have two refractory panels in my fireplace replaced due to cracking. I agreed that it did appear they needed replacing. He then told me he had the panels on the truck and could do them right away. He told me that normally the back panel was $750 but would do it today for $550. He then told me that the bottom panel was $200 more than the back panel- he said he would replace both for $1200. That seemed awfully high and I told him I would think about it. During the past couple weeks I have received two other quotes to replace the two panels. The first quote I received said it would be between $500-600 total and the second quote told me he could do it for $400 total. I had no issues with the chimney sweep process. The issue is the dishonesty of the techs who tried to pressure me and rip me off."

"We found what was needed to fix the chimney we were not able to afford it. But He said that if we gave him the trailer he would provided a discount. And we gave him the trailer and TOLD him to register the trailer. But he Never did. We trust him. And Next we received from the state of Georgia for a toying violation until March 2023. We sent the bookkeeper all the copies of the towing violation. HE WERE REALLY UNHAPPY! He did a good job for our chimney But that doesn't mean He treat his customer like these! We told Him to stop Driving it. But He keeps riding it! It was really Bad! You already cost us 125 hundreds dollar for this. AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE HUNDRED DOLLARS CHARGE FROM YOU THAT WE PAY REIMBURSE! The last towing violation came in recently from the state of Georgia collection agency and we have to pay that to protect our credit."

"we have my father-in-law coming home on hospice and wanted to get the AC unit recharged to keep him as comfortable as can be for the time being. A technician showed up and said the system was "running on vacuum" that it would cost $7,800 since the system is "running on vacuum" a new system would HAVE to be installed. At no time did they check for leaks or even insinuate that there was one or where they/it might be, he showed me on his screen that there was no refrigerant or coolant in the system and then said that this means a new AC system is needed. they charge $99 to come try to sell a new system that no one asked for. we told them this was only a temporary situation. I was told from ex-employees on my Facebook post they are commission-based and sales are more important than repairs if they can push the sale. companies like this need to be watched out for as the most important aspect of their service is the selling of new equipment!"
