Cam and Adriana were great to work with! Adriana took all the information that I provided to her and was able to explain to Cam the specific storm damage that had occurred on our roofline. Within two days of the phone call my roof line was fixed and the color is matched perfectly. Couldn't have asked for a better repair job.

Georgia Unlimited Roofing used a subcontractor to replace my roof that did a very poor, totally unacceptable job. Using the cheapest underlayment material on the market. Leaving nails and staples everywhere that will no doubt punch hundreds or thousands of holes in this important underlayer fabric, Which should always remain 100 % watertight. Plus I found razor knife slashes as long as 4 1/2 inches, likely from using the wrong type of blade, instead of the proper hooked safety blade. Many mistakes were made, The subcontractor did not have some needed tools and had to borrow 4 or 5 of mine to even be able to complete the job. Of which never was completed. The crew and the salesperson both promised to return to finish the job. Neither did. I had to finish all the unfinished details myself. While been disabled since 1994, but able to get around and still work for a few hours at a time whenever needed bad enough. And while currently battling a severe colon cancer issue and the problem with having an 80% intestine blockage. I found some 18 serious issues a truly professional crew would have never skimped on, or let happen. A few are extremely serious, like completely breaking my gas hot water exhaust vent pipe. Allowing seriously dangerous carbon monoxide gas to fill my house for better than 24 hours before I made the repairs myself. All this completely and seriously poor quality of work, using cheap poor quality materials, and just a two-year workmanship warranty and still demanding a roof replacement cost that exceeded the most expensive replacement estimate I received from the most qualified, best rated, seriously professional roofing company I found, That did use the best materials on the market anywhere. And having a full 10-year workmanship warranty that stands by their highly respected professional work. Georgia Unlimited Roofings completed cost did include approximately 2000 dollars they summited to my insurance at or after a full month beyond submitting their 1st extra work cost and extra material usage charges they submitted and were paid for as standard at the finish of any roofing job. For some reason, and I suspect because we worked out an equalization payment settlement I agreed that SOMEWHAT compensated me for some of their shortcomings, poor materials, damaged materials, and all the unfinished work they walked away from, leaving for me to do. Yes, I willingly accepted some 2800 dollars, AGREEING THAT GEORGIA UNLIMITED DID STEP UP TO DO AT LEAST SOMETHING TO HELP MAKE THINGS RIGHT. But the 2800 dollars will not and could not ever replace or make repairs in the poor quality of work performed and will never patch all the holes that are now in the underlayer fabric laid down to protect my wooden roof deck material. I can not help but question within my mind whether Georgia Unlimited Roofings extra 1800-dollar charges were summited to my insurance a month after the job was completed. And after that full complete cost was submitted or should have been summited the month before. I do personally believe after they agreed to hand over 2800, dollars to me. They once again summited another cost to my insurance company to help offset the 2800 cost adjustment to me. But YES, I completely FORGIVE Georgia Unlimited Roofing, No way they wanted my job to be so poorly done. They were ALWAYS Very respectful and polite to me. I like Brooke and Cameron a lot, Would be proud to have both as friends. I feel, considering all, YES, they did everything or nearly everything possible to apologize and make things right. I would have no problem using them again, BUT only if they use better materials and use a subcontractor worthy, or use their professional crew. I am satisfied with my settlement, even though it should include the 1800 extra, providing it.
