"We had a settling crack that was under the vinyl floor that was about ten feet long. My wife searched the web and found Mike at Flaker Flooring South Carolina and we contacted him on 6.9.2022 and made plans for him to come and look at the floor. We were in a hurry to put our house in CHESNEE, SC on the market by 6.18.2022. Mike usually does not work on weekends, but Mike came right out on time as scheduled and finished the floor on time.He called in advance to let us know exactly what time to meet. He went out of his way and repaired it perfectly. His price was very reasonable. We cannot say thank you enough. We highly recommend his company. He is licensed and insured and knows exactly what he is doing! You will have no regrets. He is very respectful and guarantees his work. We are very satisfied ! Our real estate agent was so impressed she ask Mike for his business cards."

"Tommy Lee was the perfect mix of professional and personable. The prices were more than fair and he went as far as to pop the water bubble that our leak caused (in 30 degree weather). We called pretty late in the day so we just assumed he wouldn't come until the morning but we were pleasantly surprised to have him call us to tell us he was on his way. The estimate was free so he checked under the house and gave us an accurate estimate within 20 minutes. The job was done fairly quickly and he had us laughing the whole time. 10/10 would recommend and hire again! Thank you Quality 1st Plumbing!"

"Perfectly. Jimmy is owner so he is the one who responds to phone calls and does the work. Arrived on schedule. He had to go find some parts and returned promptly. All work done to my satisfaction. He knows his work as he is a master plumber....

He has ordered a part for me to replace a part on new dishwasher connection. Did not like quality that came with the dishwasher.
