Their service was impeccable. The team showed up on times, did an excellent job, (my carpet was a mess) was courteous and worked quickly. They didn’t try to upcharge me and I was able to ask as many questions. Jason was very nice explained everything and made sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use Spotless Floors again and would refer them to my family and friends

Also, the pricing was a very reasonable considering that they were taking the time to come out to me with all their equipment just for two bedrooms. I completely understand the need to have a minimum base fee to make it cost effective for them to come out for small jobs. Awesome Company! Awesome!

The service technician was so polite and helpful. My complaint and itâ s not about him but $100.00 for one bedroom you rob senior citizens. I will never use you again!

My experience with Spotless Floor Services was great. Jason was beyond responsive. He let me know what was happening each step of the way. He arrived early and called beforehand to let me know that he was on his way. He was in and out in about 2 hours. He cleaned 3 rooms, 2 sets of stairs, and a hallway along with closets. I 100% recommend him for anyone looking for a carpet cleaning service.

Jason did an amazing job getting the bedroom and hallway carpets cleaned/deodorized in our townhouse. He got the job done within 3 hours for an approx 450 sq.ft. area and was reasonable/same price compared to the competitors.
