"We had two quotes and Summit came in slightly lower, but more importantly they were able to adhere to our timeline.  Tom assisted us with making suggestions to ensure we stayed within our property lines. This involved incorporating a tree into the fence line as well as a deck at the back end of our property.  They also built two spring loaded gates for us. And on top of the fence, we also requested to have them build and cement in a "T" style swing set frame. Lee, the owner, stayed up late the night before to build the swing set  frame for us based on a picture I pulled off Pintrest.     The crew didn't speak a lot of English, but they were pleasant and cleaned up well after themselves, including taking all the branches and tree limbs they cut with them. 
The fence itself is very high quality and looks great.  The neighbors have commented on how nice it looks.  They completed the job in a day and a half, even working some in the rain.  Tom and Lee were very easy to communicate with and I highly recommend working with Summit Fence.
