"Even though VERY PRICEY, this guys came out on time; they had all the proper equipment to get all the way to the middle of the air ducts from both sides; they removed a HUGE amount of debris after my air ducts were just CLEANED by AIR PRO a year ago; they removed, washed by hand, scraped with a brush, and dried outside all air vents covers - overall, they did an excellent job.  The only complaint that I had is that even though promised, they didn't do very good job cleaning up the debris from the floor, and I had to vacuum the whole house myself.
