"I found Cool Air via web search for AC Tune Up. They were offering a $39 system check which worked for me. Setting the appointment was very easy and straight forward. Jerry came out the next day and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was gloved masked and had booties covering his shoes before entering my home. He was very knowledgeable and made a number of no pressure recommendations and system additions that I didn't feel compelled to have installed. Jerry's approach was more as a consultant vs service person. I like this and would use Cool Air in the future."

"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. "Good company. Good experience from the time I began obtaining an estimate, until the work was completed June 2016. Prices were fair and reasonable for above-builder-grade product on 2 (Carrier Performance Series) HVAC unit replacements. They were very accommodating on meeting the timeline promised. My ONLY issue was that a bit more care could have been exercised on the install... but it was hotter than Hades, making conditions brutal! I am choosing Ragsdale to continue to service our units.
