"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. Fast service, pleasant and knowledgeable personnel."

"I found Cool Air via web search for AC Tune Up. They were offering a $39 system check which worked for me. Setting the appointment was very easy and straight forward. Jerry came out the next day and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was gloved masked and had booties covering his shoes before entering my home. He was very knowledgeable and made a number of no pressure recommendations and system additions that I didn't feel compelled to have installed. Steve installed a unit for us 3 years ago, and we have used his company since then for any/all services for our units. They relpy to your request quickly, and are very friendly and professional. Steve West works harder than anyone I've met, I think! He seems to stay very busy, but always makes time to work us into his schedule, even if it means adding us to the end of his full schedule, in the evening. This happened recently, and we were so grateful, as we had no air upstairs, and its July. He was so efficient, and had our unit up and running in no time. Our coils stay dirty, because the dryer vent exits the house right next to our AC units. He had explained to us earlier that this was problematic, and we would need to have them cleaned regularly, but we got busy and forgot. Hence, his evening visit to our house to replace the overheated compressor, due to the dirty coils. Needless to say, he also made time out of his very busy schedule to come out and clean the coils, just a few days later. I highly recommend Premier HVAC to anyone and everyone who wants excellent, efficient, polite, friendly, and fairly priced, labor and equipment!"

"Brant Sturgill is the owner. He came to look at my AC which was diagnosed to have a bad compressor by another company. I was in the market of replacing my AC. Brant diagnosed that the unit had a Kick start capacitor circuit that had failed which kept the compressor from starting properly. The compressor was fine. This saved me from spending $4k needlessly.
