They showed up in the time frame given and introduced themselves. They were there for about 2 hours. They found mold in the ducts and told her. Then offered to spray for $50 extra. She took them up on their offer since they were there. At the end they offered to scope the upstairs ac but she refused and will do that a later time. They were not pushy and very professional. She is extremely happy with the service.
