Having had them change out both the condenser coils and AC compressors on 3 of the 4 units that cool the house in the last 1.5 years we were unsure what the issues may have been. Sure enough at 6:00 PM Saturday Troy knocked on the front door with a smile, put his booties on and went right to work. It turned out that a safety switch they installed during one of the installs was clocked in the wrong position and had tripped. He put it at the 12 o'clock position, glued the PVC tubing it was installed in, problem fixed. They could not have been more responsive and he could not have been any better of a technician. Bravo Zulu to Troy and Cool Air once again!"

The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system.
