On time, professional, thorough and excellent cleaning; couldn't ask for a better experience. Jeff was very knowledgeable in his job. I had an owl trapped inside the chimney and he tried to do what he could to extract it. I finally had to contact the Natural Resources for the county and they came and handled it. After that Jeff was able to complete his inspection and gave me a clean bill of health for the chimney. Now it is time for the fireplace insert. Jeff was very personable and easy to talk to. I would hire him again for any of his specialties.

I would definitely recommend Jeff and his company to anyone looking for a chimney sweep/cleaner. We were desperate for heat as our Furnace had stopped working and had to wait 2 days for the repair men to replace our furnace. It was cold and we needed a heat source. I searched on HomeAdvisor for a chimney sweep since we hadn't used our fireplace in years. Jeff came out same day and did an awesome job cleaning our chimney. He even found a crack in the insert and recommended an on line website where we could order a new one. He was very generous with his time and we greatly appreciated that. Our chimney was clean and it worked like a charm to keep my family warm!

Jeff is great! I got duct, carpet, and upholstery cleaning done. During the duct cleaning he noticed that a few vents were turned incorrectly to give optimum air output to a few rooms. He turned them around for me as a courtesy. I have used him more than once and will continue to use him going forward.

The Quick & the Clean! I put out a request on HA at noon and Thunderbolt was in my house at 1:30 as promised.
