BAD COMPANY: They install new HVAC System on 6/10/2024 the unit only work for couple days They came on 6/29/2024 and found faulty compressor I paid for new HVAC unit and now they trying to order a compressor and do repair instead of replacement.

Paid for the annual plan which was supposed to cover maintenance and guarantee someone would be available if the unit went out. Of course, on one of the hottest days of the summer it went out. When I called, they said my plan did not cover emergency visits and they could get to me in a few days. I then called Berry Good Heating and air and they came out same day and fixed my unit within a few hours.

We were under contract with Estes for two years for all three services. Their service providers were very good at "finding" different things that "need" to be fixed during their bi-annual visits. In fact, they created problems trying to fix real problems. Further, scheduling got so bad that they would give us an EIGHT HOUR WINDOW of when the service provider would be here! They are listed and "rated" high in a local publication, which is why we chose them. No more.

Estes is always very professional, considerate, and thorough. They have been my inspectors bi-annually for years, and managed my furnace/AC installation when my original system finally keeled over. It was July, terrible heat, and they were quick and wonderful.

Because of the pandemic, I have not let anyone in my home for routine maintenence per my contract. I have use Estes for my plumbing checks and installation for a new air conditioner. I have no complaints; they always do a good job.

It went well for the most part. I was told about their maintenance plan and how that would be a benefit for drainage of the item but they had to do some other service to the drainage portion and so what happened was I got the service done at a discounted price, but not what I was expecting based off the phone call that I had with the person that answered the phone. But I overall am satisfied with Estes
