BAD COMPANY: They install new HVAC System on 6/10/2024 the unit only work for couple days They came on 6/29/2024 and found faulty compressor I paid for new HVAC unit and now they trying to order a compressor and do repair instead of replacement.

Paid for the annual plan which was supposed to cover maintenance and guarantee someone would be available if the unit went out. Of course, on one of the hottest days of the summer it went out. When I called, they said my plan did not cover emergency visits and they could get to me in a few days. I then called Berry Good Heating and air and they came out same day and fixed my unit within a few hours.

My elderly/disabled mother has been without heat in her home in this subfreezing weather for about four days now. I have made 3 calls for service to the "emergency number" and left 3 messages with no call back. The HVAC system was installed/serviced by Estes. This is terrible as my mother's health and safety are at risk.

We were under contract with Estes for two years for all three services. Their service providers were very good at "finding" different things that "need" to be fixed during their bi-annual visits. In fact, they created problems trying to fix real problems. Further, scheduling got so bad that they would give us an EIGHT HOUR WINDOW of when the service provider would be here! They are listed and "rated" high in a local publication, which is why we chose them. No more.

We had a fire in our house because of a lazy comcast technician, the fire fighters put out the fire and Ga power came and cleared on there end but needed a electrician to check everything before we could turn power back on. Called them because they say 24 hr they said they would come out so I didn't keep looking called back 2 hours later talked to someone else that said they were on the way and they never showed, so myself and 12 year old daughter and wife slept in dark cold house all night because technician never showed up and called this morning and they couldn't tell me why and said they didn't have anything until later that day! Worst customer service in history! On the other hand Mr. ELECTRIC came right out in the morning to diagnose and tech Adam was awesome, would definitely recommend Mr Electric!

Estes is always very professional, considerate, and thorough. They have been my inspectors bi-annually for years, and managed my furnace/AC installation when my original system finally keeled over. It was July, terrible heat, and they were quick and wonderful.

It went well for the most part. I was told about their maintenance plan and how that would be a benefit for drainage of the item but they had to do some other service to the drainage portion and so what happened was I got the service done at a discounted price, but not what I was expecting based off the phone call that I had with the person that answered the phone. But I overall am satisfied with Estes
