"So my downstairs heating unit broke days before the coldest day in Atlanta in nearly 20 years. We were saved by our gas fireplace and space heaters, but I digress. I called Ace & A, who I'd used 2 years ago (interestingly enough when my upstairs unit broke down 2 days before the hottest day in Atlanta in 15 years, go figure -- but Ace & A saved me then, too).
The unit blower and compressor would come on if we switched on the AC but when it was switched to heat. Only the blower would come on and the air coming out of the vents was just as cold as the attic. I got on Angie's List, went through my favorites list and called Ace & A. They would've come the same day but I scheduled them for the next afternoon and our serviceman (Dion - super nice!) was on time, called prior to arriving and diagnosed the issue in about 2 minutes: Blown pressure switch. Service call is $85, part cost 169. (The Angie List coupon did help out.) This is a safety feature that apparently keeps Co2 from building up inside the unit and coming into the house (or something like that - Dion explained it much better than I can). Also he pointed out some other problems that were going on with the unit that caused some rust inside that could lead to other, preventable. Obviously, I'm glad we got a head's up on that and we're able to prevent some future problems or breakdowns. 
I've used them in the past, I am glad I used them again and I will definitely use Ace & A again in the future!

"I have a Mr. Cool ductless mini split that required R410A. It is not a big unit (size of a suitcase), so did not need much to refill. Comfort Solutions was not only easy to work with, prompt on getting back to me, on time, excellent tech service, but also the best out of pocket cost to that I found after calling around in the Atlanta area. Some Heat/AC companies are just out to gouge your pockets, not this company. I will definitely call on Comfort Solutions in the future!"

"I found Cool Air via web search for AC Tune Up. They were offering a $39 system check which worked for me. Setting the appointment was very easy and straight forward. Jerry came out the next day and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was gloved masked and had booties covering his shoes before entering my home. He was very knowledgeable and made a number of no pressure recommendations and system additions that I didn't feel compelled to have installed. Jerry's approach was more as a consultant vs service person. I like this and would use Cool Air in the future."

"I had trouble with the AC about a month after they did an annual service and replaced the capacitor. The system locked up and they came out and I watched as they pulled an obviously old, worn, and burnt, electrical part out next. They replaced that part for the cost of the part and waived the labor as it was so close to the last service. The system is old and they were finding parts that were reaching the end of their life and replacing rather than trying to sell me a whole new system but let me know they would be there if I decided I needed a new system. Fast service, pleasant and knowledgeable personnel."
