"I found Cool Air via web search for AC Tune Up. They were offering a $39 system check which worked for me. Setting the appointment was very easy and straight forward. Jerry came out the next day and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was gloved masked and had booties covering his shoes before entering my home. The other half of the day they were trying to decide how to hoist the LARGE air-conditioning unit onto a ledge without destroying the landscaping. They had to bring in a 4th guy and a long, wide plank. They put that unit on the plank and three pushed it up the plank while the fourth helped position it. The men were appreciative of the cold watermelon I gave them and I welcomed them to help themselves to jug of cold water in the fridge. They had a f ull day's work on day one, then on day two, one man returned to finish the ductwork and the installation of the vent.

Comfort Solutions was not only easy to work with, prompt on getting back to me, on time, excellent tech service, but also the best out of pocket cost to that I found after calling around in the Atlanta area.
