They precisely located the access cover and hand-dug a hole only about 2' in diameter, taking very good care to preserve the sod as they started. All done in under 2 hours and we have only a small mound in the grass where the dirt should settle back down in a few months. If we need septic service again, our first and only call with be to A. Bailey. And, they are veterans and active duty in the Army reserves. I'm happy to help support our service members."

Nevertheless ,Brad and I concurred that replacing the pump now was the wiser choice. He offered to go to his supplier to secure a new pump and return to install it the same day which saved me some money and eliminated redundant work.He returned with a top of the line Liberty and completed the installation the same day which I appreciated.
