I discovered on a Saturday night that I needed a new pressure reducing valve for the house, as mine had failed and house water pressure was well over 100psi. I texted Adam Sunday morning and he responded very quickly and was at the house in less than two hours from initial contact. He was very open with initial verbal quote and in consulting on the issue. He did a very thorough job, making sure to test pressure and confirm no leaks. Also he discovered that my expansion tank had failed and replaced it. He stocked the parts in his truck and did not have to go get them. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and I would call him for my next plumbing service.

I was not present for the work being done as I was at work, but these gentlemen kept me informed of everything they were doing via the phone. They explained every detail to the job they were doing and kept me in the loop. My wife was present, and they communicated through her what the next steps would be, and they didn't do anything without her and my knowledge and approval. The service was class A and according to my wife these gentlemen were a joy to work with, very pleasant and personable. Once I got home, I was able to see the quality of the work and I must say I am very pleased. Will definitely use these gentlemen in the future and highly recommend them for your next project.
