Paid them in full and instead they left a disaster. Never finished the project. Now I have open spaces with NO drywall. All this company did was take my money and run. Not sure if the owner is even a legit plumber! Called another company who told me that the company who did this work should not be doing this. Way to scam the elderly.

DID NOT FINISH THE PROJECT DESPITE RECEIVING FULL PAYMENT I hired them to repair our water main, they were prompt in providing the quotes. They were able to convince me to get the entire line replaced rather than repaired. They agreed on to do the plumbing work as well as the dry wall repair near the main shutoff valve for some extra payment. After the plumbing work was done , they informed me that the drywall repair guy would come next day and do the work. My Biggest MISTAKE and LESSON learned was I paid them in full . The guy never showed up and after few months of text messages they stop responding as well. I am in a mess now, the heater needs to be moved in order to do the dry wall work. I need to hire a plumber as well now to get the drywall work done.

They were negligent in cutting an internet cable and negligent on completing the job which is unfinished. Lack of communication, unable to reach them.

Called right away and was able to make it out same night for same day replacement. Better pricing and gave advice on other things as well.

All other posters here describe these folks accurately. My job took unexpected turns when they discovered previous plumbing was ancient and had been installed by an amateur do-it-yourselfer, requiring much more complicated fixes. They stayed far beyond the contracted time, but were still unfinished. Promised to return today to complete the job. Their persistence and dedication to solving some vexing and totally unexpected problems is inspiring and I highly recommend them . They are also very personable and polite and a pleasure to have on the job.

They came on time. Fixed the problem completely. Even going to Home Depot for extra part without charging me extra for labor. The were very polite and very professional. I would definitely recommend them 120% !!

Hayes plumbing was super responsive. Pricing was better than other companies around me that I called and than the companies my friends referred me too. I had them install a tankless water heater in my home. They were professional , polite and very knowledgeable, which made me very comfortable to have them in my home. I would recommend them and I will definitely use them in the future.
