Very bad. He broke our sink (literally, we had to buy another sink) and our shower diverter. He pounded on both of them with a metal tool. Ended up using a hacksaw to remove kitchen faucet when all he had to do was remove sink, access faucet from beneath and reset sink (per new plumber)....

They precisely located the access cover and hand-dug a hole only about 2' in diameter, taking very good care to preserve the sod as they started. All done in under 2 hours and we have only a small mound in the grass where the dirt should settle back down in a few months. If we need septic service again, our first and only call with be to A. Bailey. And, they are veterans and active duty in the Army reserves. I'm happy to help support our service members."
