Good work, but price is on the high end.

When facing unexpected plumbing issues, Keep Smiling provided truly excellent service. Their Technician was punctual, transparent, and highly skilled.

Keep Smiling sent me Roy Wint and I'm very glad they did. Roy installed a replacement ceiling fan as well as four recessed lights. The result of the project is a much better lit and livable living room. I want to extend special kudos to Roy. He was very professional, polite, and friendly. A joy to have working on my home. He went out of his way to avoid creating any holes in the ceiling other than those housing the lighting fixtures. And he also did a safety inspection of my home's fuse box. I can't say enough good about this young man. I'll definitely be calling him the next time I need electrical work done in my home.

Joshua, did a great job, and he was on time. he was professional. I do have a complaint. Joshua, had to cut a hole in the wall. I asked him if he was going to repair it and he stated they do not do patch work. If that is the case, they should hire a patch guy, that can repair and paint. Now I need to pay some one else, after paying 2,719.51 for 4 light install in the celling.

Fast service, reasonable price.

I received a call for scheduling first thing this morning. They were able to send a plumber out same day, afternoon. Demetric was prompt, courteous (wore shoe covers) and quickly repaired my shower faucet. The repair cost was reasonable and all done same day. Will use company again.

I needed someone to install a 240 volt going to my garage from the electrical panel for EV charging. Robert came out who was very nice and seemed to answer my questions. After seemingly pressuring me to do the work, I agreed and he installed about 40 feet of wiring to my garage that cost an astronomical $1,200. Once his job was completed, he directed me to write a review on Google (which I am going to edit), he was paid. After I did some reviews, I saw the 15-50 240v receptacle he installed was a Leviton (the cheapest in the industry) and is prone to arcing and fires and not recommended for EV charging. I then contacted his company again asking a question which I received no response to after they received my $1,200. In short, I would not hire Keep Smiling Plumbing & Electric again due to their outrageous pricing (wish I would have received more quotes) and their No Response to my messages after they received my money. Do yourself a favor and get multiple quotes.

I guess these are the smiling plumbers because they make sure they get paid. I needed a temporary fix to just stop the drain valve from dripping because I was laid off 3 weeks ago. Water heater is almost 20 years old so I expected the “you should replace not fix it” pitch. He wasn’t wrong but I explained I need a temporary fix because I had tenants coming today and I can’t afford to replace until I get a new job and also got quote for replacement. Guy said we can’t warranty repair because depressurizing tank to do the repair and repressurizing it is enough to make the it fail today or tomorrow and you just don’t know. I accepted and he has me blind sign the warranty waiver and proceeds with replacing the drain valve. What I got for $380 was a drain valve that stopped dripping, sinks/tubs full of sediment that wasn’t rinsed, a leaking water supply line to the water heater, and so much sediment in the Hot (expected) and Cold (unexpected) water lines that it clogged faucets. I called and texted technician and was told in simple terms I quote. "Absolutely No Warranty!" I understand no warranty or guarantee on the water heater itself because it's old... if the water tank had failed when it was repressurized I wouldn't be complainging but from where I’m sitting it looks like poor quality workmanship caused other issues during the repair & there' a total lack of customer service to even care about it. Guess who I'm not calling for the new tankless system when I get a job.

This was an outstanding experience and it has certainly changed my view on plumbing services for the home. As a long time homeowner I have used different plumbing services over the years and I was very skeptical about starting this process but I really needed to get this work done. I remember that my godson had used hey service and was really pleased with the quality and performance, so I called him and get the information on keep smiling plumbing, went to Angie’s list to read the reviews and decided to give these guys a chance. I place a call, and after two rings it was answered by Shirley, who had a pleasing voice and was very professional providing me information about the business. Needless to say I was impressed and that was just the beginning of my project. Shirley told me that someone would be out the next day between 9 & 11am to take a look at my issue and give me an estimate. Sure enough, Brian arrived about 10 minutes after 9, assessed the problem and gave me an estimate which was much less than I expected because of my previous experiences and certainly I gave him the go ahead. Brian was efficient, professional, quick and cleaned up the work area. I was very impressed with this company and I HIGHLY recommend. I will use them in the future for all of my plumbing needs.

Awesome! Shirley took my call this morning and was very efficient and professional in getting my contact information as well as scheduling Gary (Plumber) to see us later in the morning. Shirley was also very polite and pleasant! Gary was our plumber today and he did a fantastic job for us. He arrived on time and completed his diagnosis of the issue. He explained his plan for repair of the issue and gave us the amount it would cost, which was very reasonable. He went right to work and finished in a timely manner. It was obvious that he takes pride in his work! We will use Keep Smiling Plumbing again if necessary and hopefully will have Gary as our plumber. Sincerely, Greg B.

OUTSTANDING!! Jonathan showed on time, very polite and went right to work. Eventually his tools were not quite up to the job (the clog was deeper than his snake could reach) so he fixed the other problem (replaced the shutoff valve under a toilet) while waiting for word from the office. Eventually he came back the next day with a longer snake and cleared the drain! Charged me the quoted price, never tried to upsell or overcharge me even though it took much longer than they expected. Totally proffessional and absolutely committed to providing the service you want. I would absolutely hire these guys again!
