Daniel came out to the house to provide an estimate of the work for the kitchen sink. Daniel was very professional and provided information for the services to be performed. He was able to unclog the kitchen sink and realized the previous plumber poorly installed the kitchen plumbing. He offered to remove a section of the plumbing underneath the sink and install new plumbing correctly. The kitchen is working perfectly. Excellent work. Daniel also offered to fix the bathroom sink which also was clogged and needed plumbing removed and replaced. He fixed the bathroom sink and everything is working as expected. Daniel cleaned up the area after he completed his work and provided advice for future problems if they occur. We plan to hire Daniel again for a new bathroom sink install when we're ready. Daniel did an excellent job.

Great! The appointment was scheduled with ease and the technician (Adam) arrived within the projected window. Our under-sink piping had also failed, so we were extremely happy to not only have a successful snaking of our drain but an excellent repair and correction to our under-sink piping. We had a pedestal sink that was leaking at an unknown source. Asked the plumber to diagnose and repair. He was on time and very cordial. He suggested that the sink needed to be replaced because the parts of the sink were non-standard. So we called a handyman from Angie's List and he replaced the drain and tail pipe from Home Depot and the sink works fine. The plumber recommended replacing the sink for $450. It seems he misdiagnosed the problem.

Install Fernco coupler on sink drain to repair cut. Cleaned utility sink and removed trash and tools. Provided invoice with description of work done. Quick, helpful, offered 30 day warranty if drain clogs again.

They fixed it inside of 30 minutes and left the area in immaculate condition. Even sprayed down the sink and wiped it out with some chemical that made the sink shine like it was brand new.

Our tub and sink backed up on a Sunday. When I called Sunday afternoon, the office was available to take the call, and set me up with an appointment for Monday morning. Jacob was prompt, and called before he arrived to give us a heads-up that he was on the way. He was knowledgable, personable, professional and efficient. He explained what he expected the blockage to be, then snaked it out effectively and left a clean work area. The price was very reasonable. From start to finish, these guys were excellent.

Rob found nothing to indicate what was causing the smell (was like something between sauerkraut cooking and sewage smell) . Oddly, I smelled it in my bedroom, which has the master bath adjacent, but not in the bathroom. Also, at times my kitchen sink (with disposal) seemed to drain slower than expected. He gave me some tips both for keeping that sink draining as it should and for preventing sink & tub/shower traps from drying out, which can cause odors.

I used the Angie List Special for $75.00 for two hours of plumbing work. My kitchen sink was draining very slowly. The plumber arrived to look at job. Apparently, he had the wrong tools. He left and came back. I was like OK. I wasn't so impress with that. The plumber snaked it out. He did what he suppose to do for $75.00. Other prices that I got for a snaking out a kitchen sink was double. The kitchen sink is draining OK now.

Our kitchen sink was backing-up into the bathroom sink on the lower level. Service was prompt and efficient. Told me what was wrong and provided an estimate to clear the drain--had to snake a long distance. Discovered that the faucet in the laundry room sink was leaking behind the cabinets. Provided an estimate to replace the faucet and completed that work as well. Cleaned up the areas. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

I contact Jiffy because of their great reviews to have my sink unclogged. Danny Rose was the technician that came as agreed after 10 am. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. I am a new home owner and asked several question regarding preventive maintenance for pipe line. He unclogged my kitchen sink and cleaned up after himself (leaving no mess in my kitchen). 2 guys spent about a half hour feeding an exceptionally long and thick snake into our kitchen drain. It worked, and after a long and frustrating period of sink problems our kitchen sink headaches have been gone now for at least 60 days.
