Status Renovations and RemodelingThis is the third project that we used Status Renovations for. We recently moved from our 1st home where they finished a bonus room for us and upgraded our Main Bath and Half Bath. As we were in the process of selling our home, we were told that the bathrooms and the bonus space really separated our house from others people were viewing. Once we moved, we needed to give our kitchen a facelift and we knew Aimee, Jesse, and their team were who we needed to call. They helped us pick out a design by listening to our wants and needs and really helped guide us to a decision that was perfect for us. Their entire team and subcontractors are so accommodating to us, our needs, and our home, that I don't think we will ever use anyone else. If you are looking for a partner who really cares about giving you what you want and listening to your concerns, this is the right company to hire. We really love our kitchen now and can imagine our growing family making many memories there. They completely transformed a dark and outdated space into something we are proud to show off. She was always available, communicated so well every step of the way, showed up when she said she would, and she and her team simply did great work. McShane Home ImprovementMike is the greatest!!! Not just personally, ethically, and meticulous, but he is an ARTIST of the finest caliber when he is creating and transforming spaces. He is worth every penny for all that he has done. He works with whatever your wishes are and he was completely flexible with all our ideas (and we had a lot!). He took a 60's bathroom and laundry room and created the most elegant half bath for guests with a lighted niche, floating basin, bidet toilet, and added a remarkable closet with both open and concealed cubbies where an old outdated bathtub once was. He porcelain tiled the floor in a luscious marble-like pattern and painted the room so now it is so peaceful and beautiful for visitors. Then he went to work on an oversize laundry room and reconfigured it into a gorgeous main bath off the main bedroom, including creating a huge double shower, with niche and bench, so we can even shower the dogs, soaking tub, 72 inch vanity that is stunning with great light, and last but not least a wonderful water closet with a bidet toilet. He installed a heated, porcelain tiled floor, beautifully tiled the shower, with added tiling above the vanity and soaking tub, and added a heated towel rack. He added storage spaces all around so the counters could always be clutter-free and things could be in the places such things should be. I can't tell you how awesome this transformation was! Next we want him to do the kitchen! This should be a great adventure. While he is working, you wouldn't believe how neatly he leaves everything before he goes home. No dust or sign of construction except for the stuff we have moved temporarily that will go back into the completed space. We loved the entire experience with Mike McShane Home Improvement! I recommend him wholeheartedly as long as he keeps enough time to keep coming back! He's your ideal home partner for keeping your house a place you love!!!- Julia H.

Moff and Son LLCAfter remodeling our bathroom the Moff and son team also painted our bedroom, two front rooms in our home and the exterior of our house. All together (including the bathroom reno) they were here less than a week, so they worked fast. They probably could have done the paint jobs in a day. They also stained our back deck.The price on all of the work they did was fair. The team is skilled at painting and many other types of work. The outside of our home is beautiful now. Bad experience. I had a specific budget in mind but had plenty of flexibility to expand my budget. Received a call prior to my estimate and was told it’d be double my budget (which I could afford but I’d want to know what I was purchasing and have an idea of what the finished project would look like). Guy who called me said he didn’t want to waste my time or his. No worries. Cancelled appointment and nobodies time was wasted.

First a bathroom remodel, then replacing our floors with hardwood, and most recently improving our exterior by replacing the trim and back door and building a great custom pergola. Our basement project with Victoria far exceeded all of our initial expectations. David (owner), Tommy (sales), Jimmy (project manager) and Shannon (design/project consultant) were all top notch. They estimated every little detail accurately from the get-go and finished the project under the estimated timeline by a week and just at budget with very little to no variances. The quality of the workmanship was excellent only outdone by the professionalism of the entire team. They are not a "cheap" shop by any stretch, but the entire slew of comprehensive end-to-end services including design, vendor relationships and professional project management made it a hassle-free experience. Electric building codes were ignored, which I only found out after a tornado forced me to remove all my ceilings and insulation revealing a junction box that had been hidden without access above the new ceiling they'd put in the bathroom. The first person on my project never showed up when he said he would, and didn't provide notice if he wasn't going to show up at all. They finally put someone else on the project to finish tiling. He noticed the portion of tiles that had already been done looked bad, but they told him not to fix it since I hadn't said anything. Someone else from the company had to come fix something and he told me I needed to get them to redo the tiles because it was bad work, and he told me they were angry with him for letting me know. My customer service rep does not provide me with updates, and now I'm waiting on a window and shower door and haven't heard from her in over two weeks (they measured over 2 months ago).

I cannot begin to say how great of a job that they did for us. We had another contractor that was working on our home after a flood and were just taking too long and not completing the work in a satisfactory manor. Rodney and his crew had completed a total master bathroom remodel for us before, so we reached out to him and asked if he could do our kitchen and he accepted the job to our delight. He and his crew are very professional and take great pride in what they do. This job was a little unfortunate for him because he also had some challenges due to the previous contractor, but he made the corrections as needed with a smile.
