I highly recommend Advent Plumbing. I had a water buildup in the area around my laundry room. This was a difficult leak to pinpoint the location of, but Elie Toussaint and his team did not give up. They diligently examined the area, then used a jackhammer to dig into the slab around the pipes. Doing this, they were able to find the location of the leak and replace the necessary pipes. This was a big relief to me, because the previous plumbing company I used was unable to find the leak. In addition to fixing the problem, Elie and his team were friendly, polite and did a great job communicating throughout the process. Outstanding work overall!

Repaired one inch damaged copper elbow on main water line through basement wall. Replaced shutoff valve on main water line in basement. Removed half inch hot water copper pipe and shutoff valve located under dishwasher and capped off. Installed a shutoff valve on copper hot water line under sink for dishwasher water supply line.

Elie is exceptionally nice to work with. He accommodated all the custom request. Bathroom remodeling done with little impact on existing structure with careful calculations. Completed the job ahead then expected. Addressed post completion issue (a little cranking sound) by very next day. Affordable, flexible, patient, faster and quality.

Eli did a great job replacing my water heater and the wooden stand which was rotting, gave a fair price and left everything neat and tidy , definitely would use him again.

Elie was great! I have used him several times over the past 10 years and I've gotten to know him, he is a good guy. He does good work and has worked on my kitchen faucet, replacing a toilet and I never have any complaints because he knows what he is doing.

Older gentleman came did not have a crew or any one to assist him. Went with me to pick up water heater at lower he did share for that which was ok. Because he had no crew used me and my sons to help remove old unit and lift the new unit. He had to install the new unit twice because when installed it the first he did not evaluate properly were the water was leaking from and when first installed it it was still leaking. So he and I lifted the unit off the platform. There was a leaky hole inside of the platform that the unit stood on. He decided he would come back the next day and reinstall the new unit. I had to run to home depot to get some 3/4 inch ply wood for him to put the water heater back onto the platform. The next day he arrived early no crew or person to help. He repaired a 4 inch holes that came out from the wall of the hose and then reinstalled the unit with me helping him lift the unit . When he wrote up the bill he decided to add and additional $250 for replace a 4 inch hole. This is with me assisting him lifting and helping getting unit on the platform. Also the city of Atlanta requires a plumber to register installation of new water and he refused although he was aware of the requirement.

I had 5 other plumbers come out and tell me they had no materials that could replace the 40 yr old small corner shower in my garage apt. Then Eli looked at it and said he could build an inner room wall to convert the corner unit into a 3 walled shower unit and then replace all the existing shower materials. He did a great job replacing that old nasty shower, plus he moved the sink plumbing, installed a new sink and vanity and replaced the ancient toilet. The bath looks great. His crew also did a couple of other small odd jobs to help fix up the apt after 6 years of neglect.

We have used Advent for a bathtub replacement and installation, and a hot water heater replacement. They performed the work quickly, and did a great job.

Received a quote, hired, and then after the original tile was taken out, was informed he did not have the correct matching tile. He then asked me to locate the tile, instead of doing it himself. I found a lace that had it, and he asked me to pick it up. I could not so he did and told me he picked it up. It did not match the original tile, but he did not tell me this until I took a day off work and he showed up with wrong tile. At my recommendation, we inserted a tile rope line to separate the two making it harder to tell where the tile color changed. We found a solution, and the work performed was great. I was mostly disappointed in not having my expectations met, but we were able to find a way to make it agreeable.
