From start to finish they did exactly what they said they were going to do once I decide to use them for my new roof. The roofing system they use is second to none as well as their team of professionals that did the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new roof. From start to finish they had representatives on the ground and on the roof constantly keeping me updated as to the process, any damaged or rotted decking to the completion of the new roof and ensuring the roof system was being installed to the manufactures specifications. "From the very beginning, Scott Gunter, the Hixon Company Representative, came to our home well prepared and with plans for an outdoor screened porch and to have a new roof installed. "We recently had our entire roof system replaced by PGRS and we highly recommend them! There are literally dozens of roofing companies locally, and I met with a number of them, but PGRS was by far more professional, reliable and customer service oriented than any other!! From the initial introduction of our project manager, Jason Loyd, to the first interview/ quote and finally the completion, PGRS stood out among all of the other companies. Jason was the reason we decided to go with PGRS as he was on-time, extremely knowledgeable, professional and candid about the process and his recommendations. He did not rush the first meeting and took the time to address all my concerns and questions. He was able to answer every question I had and provide realistic/ accurate timelines for our project. Since our roof damage was due to weather, we were working with our insurance company through the process, which Jason made himself available to support whenever we requested. "Had a ceiling leak that was clearly coming from a roof issue. Had the guys that put the roof on originally come out and they pulled out their drone and then came back with a $1,000 estimate. I decided to get a 2nd opinion, Mike from 4 Seasons came out, actually pulled out is ladder and inspected by getting up on the roof (imagine that!). He said he could do what the big roof company wanted to do for a little less but was not necessary and it was clear it just needed some resealing in one area where two roofs came together. While he was up there he inspected another area and nailed down a shingle or two and did another minor fix that caught his eye and was preventing water from dropping into my gutter guard topper (was flowing over it). The repair has been through at least 2 very heavy rains so it looks like the repair worked and I saved a ton of money. I have already referred them to a friend who may need a roof."
