"Bel Floors just completed refinishing all the hardwood floors in my house - about 1800 sq ft. They are engineered hardwood and were quite worn, coming up a number of places and gaps between the ends of many of the boards. They glued down the pieces that had popped, filled all the gaps and after refinishing, the floors look incredible. Eddie is very knowledgeable about the engineered floors and about refinishing. Great on communication each day so I knew what was happening, and where things stood in the project. Everything went smoothly and I'm very pleased with the results."

I trusted him and his crew to do a great job. After meeting his crew when we were testing stain colors, I felt very comfortable leaving town while they worked in my home. We are very pleased with the hardwood floors. You cannot tell where the new floors begin and the old existed. They were beautifully woven together. The inlaid wood floor vents give a very polished look to the home. I did have a couple of spots on the handrails that I wanted them to look at when I got home. The quality of the work really shows, and I’m very happy with how everything looks. That said, there were a couple of things that didn’t sit quite right with me. During the project, it was mentioned that removing the old floors took longer than expected, followed by a comment that they wouldn’t charge extra for it. That felt unnecessary, since the timing estimate should have been accounted for upfront. Also, I noticed a few small holes in the bathroom grout. It’s a small space and not a major issue, but something I think could have been tightened up a bit more. Overall, the final result looks great, and I’d still consider them for future projects, but a bit more attention to communication and finishing details would make the experience even better."
