Accent Roofing is an outstanding company to do business with. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were professional from start to finish and made replacing our roof an easy process. When we decided to reroof our home, we researched roofing companies in the greater Atlanta area. After interviewing several companies, we found Accent’s impressive with a sizable 5-star review count by satisfied customers. Every single person we engaged with at Accent (whether the phone crew in the office( Ashley ), Bobby who came out to the house to give us the quote, Jessica who came out to the house at several points to document the state of the outside of the house before the project began and after completed. Even the company who dropped off the dumpster bin in the driveway the night before the crew showed up was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The professionalism of this company is beyond compare. Bobby Wiggins was thorough with shingle samples, product warranty and explaining the installation timeline, tearing off the old roof, inspecting & replacing roof decking, Installing drip edge, covering the roof decking with underlayment, waterproof membrane installation, flashing the walls, shingles installation, roof vents-pipe boots, ridge cap shingles and clean up. Our job site manager, Gabe , was incredible. He provided updates all during the day with aerial views of stages of roof replacement . The installation crew ( Jesus Crew )did an outstanding job starting at 7 am in the morning working throughout the day from tear out to shingles installation. At the end of the day, they cleaned up everything, and I mean everything. There was literally nothing for us to do when the project day was over but enjoy our new roof. I highly recommend Accent Roofing for their professionalism, quality work and top-notch customer service. 5 Stars !!

Accent did an excellent job replacing my roof. Bobby went above and beyond to assure that we were satisfied. When we had a tough time deciding on shingle color, he went out of his way to provide additional large size color samples. Would recommend and use them again.

I had a new roof installed by a company doing business in Atlanta but their home state was Maryland. BIG MISTAKE. The roof leaked in many places. I called Accent Roofing for repairs as the other company would do nothing. Bobby Wiggins, a competent and polite gentleman came out and explained what repairs were necessary to fix the roof. Accent repaired the roof and after a heavy rain, I had no leaks.

Josue and his crew from Accent Roofing showed up early this morning to remove the old roof and put on the new roof. Josue explained the process and he kept me constantly updated with photos, text message, and communication. I never needed to know the status of the job, because Josue kept me informed. His crew are professional, well skilled, and hard workers. They do a thorough job of cleaning up after finishing the job. I am so happy to have selected Accent Roofing to do my roof. We realized that our roof was in the last legs, so we contacted about six roofing companies to get an estimate. Our Criteria were based on internet reviews. The companies tried to push us to close the deal on the spot and their prices were close to each other. Accent Roofing impressed us from the beginning with the material that they presented to us, the folders showing all types of shingles, warranties, and a copy of their insurance and they did not push us to close the deal at the interview. Accent price was competitive, and we decided to go with them. All the process of replacing the roof from the time of schedule it to the day of the replacement Accent Roofing impressed us. They scheduled the day that we wanted, answered all our questions, and gave us all orientation on how the process would take place and what we should do to be prepared. On the day of the replacement, I realized that I had a broken attic fan. Mark, the supervisor, was amazing answering all my questions and helping me with the replacement of the fan without charging me. In the end, they cleaned around the house spotless, and we did not have any damage to our plants, and air conditioning units. They walk through us about the new roof before leaving. After 2 weeks after replacing the roof, they are still following up with us to make sure that we are satisfied. This kind of company is difficult to find nowadays, and they should be a model of how to do business where the client comes first then the money. I give them ****** (six stars)

Hats off to Accent Roofing! I’m naturally apprehensive and cautious when it comes to hiring a contractor to work on my house. However, Oscar put all my worries at ease. Oscar’s my project manager. He arrived on time and walked me through every single step as to what was about to happen. On time arrival, showing care to my flowers, shrubs and property spoke volumes about their professionalism. Oscar and his crew were outstanding and exceptional. Warranties and workmanship are a major factor in trusting a contractor. Accent has them both! Oscar, keep up the great work!

Accent Roofing Service did an excellent job on our roof replacement. The project was planned and carried out with excellent communication and efficiency. Matt Mitchell provided excellent customer service in working with us and our insurance company. His friendly and professional approach to his job was amazing. Once the project started Oscar Jimenez was on site overseeing everything from start to finish. He was a pleasure to work with and provided amazing progress updates and was happy to answer all of our questions. Every step in this journey has been completed with ease thanks to great people at Accent Roofing. Accent Roofing recently repaired a leak we discovered and I'm so grateful for all their help! I put in a request on Angi and within 10 minutes, their office called to schedule the initial survey of the damage. Michael helped us with the survey and estimate and Joe completed the repairs with the help of one other person. I was able to see before and after photos and the night after the repairs, we had crazy storms, but no more leaking! I'm incredibly grateful for all they did to help us! Would definitely recommend them!

Accent roofing did a wonderful job on my roof. They were recommended by my brother and I was the third family members roof that they have done. The customer service from Michael Spence was awesome. I loved how he was knowledgeable and walked me through the process from beginning to end. I received phone calls from Beth and Melissa informing of each step that was taking place before it was done (dumpster being dropped off, crew coming, etc.). The crew, Bryan’s crew, completed the job and cleanup by 2pm (like 6 1/2 to 7 hours). The supervisor, Antonio Ramos, walked me through the inspection process and answered any of my questions. He was super cool and professional! I would truly recommend Accent Roofing to other family members and friends!

I live in Johns Creek. Accent Roofing Service left me with a very very positive impression about how customer service should be offered these days when most businesses these days take advantage of consumers. Brandon Bower, sales representative, and Antonio Ramos, Project Supervisor, were very excellent in their duties. I recommend this company and I vote it to be the very best. Pricing was reasonable and customer service exceeded my expectations.

Accent Roofing was great. They answered the phone quickly when I called, got me scheduled for the next day, and they showed up on time. Jason took pictures of three spots on the roof that needed repair, and he came back the next business day and did the job quickly. He then showed me photos of the fixed spots and said the rest of the roof was good and I didn't need any other work. He was upfront, honest, and friendly.

When they came to provide an estimate, there was NO pressure. As expected, they listed all the reasons for using them instead of any another company. What I liked most about them was they were family business and been in business under the same name for a long time. They offered a fair price and we agreed on the roof color and style. Since we still had another company scheduled to come by the next day, we parted company. After some discussion and looking at work they had done in the area, we were convinced that they were the right company for our needs. and called them back to formalize our agreement. The day before they started work a pleasant young lady, Jessica, came with a drone to perform a final inspection and, I assumed, collect more detailed info for the crew. All that was left was wait for the crew to show up on the following day. Having had experience with contractors in the past, I initially kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. Surprise! They came on time, 7:30 in the morning, and began to lay down the ground covers. Next they began to tare off the old roofing and replaced some of the bad wood. By the time they were done, later that same day, we had a new roof. It looked great!! So, no complaints on scheduling, implantation, attention to detail and cleanup. I wish all contractors could do as good of a job as they did.

I had the most amazing experience with Accent Roofing Service over the last few months. Thank you to Michael Spence, my main contact/salesman for the project, and Phillip Scribbins who went over and beyond in helping me deal with my home insurance claim with my (difficult) home insurance company. Those two were so good in helping me deal with the claim adjusters. Also, thank you to Antonio (project supervisor), Bryan's crew, and Jessica for all your hard work. I don't have to worry about shingles flying off the roof during storms anymore, or water leaking into the fireplace. I could not have chosen a better company to take on this project! I highly recommend them for their professionalism and concern for getting a job done right and on time.

Communication was outstanding. Busy fall in Cobb county with lots of storms, they were responsive and courteous. Repaired a hole caused by a limb, and also performed some needed Maintenance on an older roof to help us extend its lifespan. Price was reasonable for services provided, and whole operation felt top notch and professional - from phone calls to billing to repair and quote. Thank you!
