Ken, the owner, arrived promptly one evening and was professional, informative, and approachable. There was a detailed and thorough inspection of the roof. He told us exactly what had to be done and that he would help us navigate the claims process. There was no hard sell, just benchmark excellence. The installation was fast and the crew polite and efficient. He even upgraded the shingles at no additional cost. Our roof looks great! Ten stars for Pro South Roofing.

Thanks to other reviews I was able to have my roof repaired quickly and on the same day after the storms. You can see the hole in the roof in the attached photo. I was able to text Ken from Pro South Roofing in the morning and by the afternoon, the roof was fixed. He made the process simple and easy. Anyone who's ever had a hole in their roof knows how stressful and immediate the need for a repair is and after a storm, it's almost impossible to find someone. Ken was great! I highly recommend Pro South Roofing.

they helped us work with the insurance company so that not only did we get a new roof, but we got it for our deductible.  as far as the quality of the roof goes, it was top-notch.  I would definitely recommend then to friends.
