Pedro and his team went above and beyond to install a railing system that I had purchased for my deck. They were able to problem solve when I didnâ t have quite the right materials and came up with solutions that made my deck look beautiful! I would highly recommend them for any home project! I have never seen such a group of hard working guys! I am so happy with my new deck railing!

Overall i had a good experience. Pedro reached out and we set up an appointment for a quote. He was onetime and very personable. We chatted about my projects (wash, clean, repair and paint my front porch and the same for my rear balcony). I had a quote on my phone by the end of the day. Reasonably priced so we moved forward. The work crew showed up the next day on time and worked hard throughout the day, demoing power washing and rebuilding my front porch steps and rear balcony. They came back the next day and painted everything. The work crew worked very hard and barely took any breaks, very hard working bunch very impressive and good quality work. The only things that i didnâ t like were they could of sanded down some stuff to make it super smooth but thats just me being super picky. When the work was done the workers asked me to come out and look everything over and i gave them the thumbs up. They then packed up and left, but they also left a trash pile in my front yard. After texting with Pedro he informed me that that was not included in the quote. I was kinda surprised that was not included in the quote but we worked it out and i paid some more to have them come back to remove it. Overall i had a great experience with Medina Capital and i would not hesitate to use them again, I highly recommend them just make sure to go over the quote to ensure everything is what you want/need.

After the job was completed, the contractor failed to contact the homeowner for some concerns about the deck.

They did what they promised at a reasonable time. They were very professional and punctual. I?d hire them again.

The team from Medina are superb craftsmen. They helped me improve my original design to make this deck repair/replacement a showplace.

They did a great job of repairing and staining my deck. Pedro responded to my query quickly and they showed up early. The deck had several rotten pieces and the attached privacy fence was about to fall down. It looks as good as new now. They stained it as well and did a good job of that and took time to make sure nothing else got sprayed or painted as well.. Very happy with the results

The two that came to the house to do the work were also on time and very customer oriented. The work done was flawless. Clean up was great. Pedro and his crew did amazing work. We had a 208' fence that was over 20 years old and falling apart. They showed up early, demo'd the old fence and set 25' new posts in cement the first day. By the end of day 2 we had a brand new fence with a 16' gate. Looks great!

The crew got started the next week, did terrific work, and finished up within a couple days. Great quality work, super happy with the finished product, would recommend Medina for any project!

Medina Capital basically took down our leaning fence and reinstalled it using some of the old - salvaged wood and used new wood. The gentlemen worked withoutstopping to get the job done in one and a half days. They were meticulous in hauling away the old wood. They arrived at the time that was promised and delivered above quality work. I will definitely call them again!
