The quality of their work can not be matched – from the very beginning they were so responsive to me with each additional question I could think of. I had planned on delaying getting a new roof, hoping to last just a little bit longer, and was in the process of getting quotes - but once I found them I changed my mind and am really glad I did so. After the installation of the new roof, there was no old black roofing material anywhere to be seen on the ground PLUS they even rolled a magnetized device everywhere to pick up any nails that might have been on the ground. The house and area was left so pristine that no one would have known such a big job of putting on a new roof had been done! This is a true 5 Star Job and Company!"

"From the very beginning, Scott Gunter, the Hixon Company Representative, came to our home well prepared and with plans for an outdoor screened porch and to have a new roof installed. Scott delivered as he said he would, on time, and the best workmanship we could afford. Once here, theHixon crew went right to work. They were on time, quick, but yet, efficient. We couldn't be more happy with the roof. We did install a quality roof with architectural shingles. It was done in two days. I believe that Jasons knowledge and presence upon the insurance inspection was the key reason that our insurance covered as much as they did. He made himself available by phone at all time, even taking calls after hours for unexpected weather questions /delays. When Jason was not available to us, the owner and operations manager, Edward, made himself available, even coming out to our property to discuss some concerns. A few small issues did arise, as does with any project, but Jason and Edward were very quick to respond, plan and correct anything we were not happy with. In the end, we were very happy with PGRS, and their entire team, including Ceslie and Kelly in the office! We recommend PGRS above anyone else!!"
