He arranged to have his Tech, Eugene, come out the next day to see if a squirrel that had been trying to chew its way into my attic had managed it. Eugene was actually an hour earlier than promised and Jack contacted me about an hour before that to let me know Eugene was on his way. When Eugene got here, he was polite, professional, and thoroughly checked the roof, soffit all around, and the attic to ensure there were no holes or signs of chewing or occupation. He could easily have told me there was a hole someplace I could not see from the ground, but instead he opted for being ethical and let me know I was in the clear. "The treatment seemed to be thorough, and we have not seen any more bees. The price was fair, but the girl who gave me a ballpark over the phone quoted the wrong rate. I specified removal with repairs, and she gave me the rate for removal without repairs. It was revised significantly upward when the tech arrived for an exact quote/first treatment. The 'repairs' really only consisted of some caulking and the trim needed to be painted afterward. I would definitely call them again for pest removal, but I would have the painter do the caulking next time."
