"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. I highly recommend Mike's company to anyone looking for an honest, reputable computer repair person."

Small jobs welcome

"My experience with Sam with Geek Tech Pro LLC was wonderful! Sam was very professional, patient, and courteous. He took the time to listen to me articulate the challenges I was having with my PC, and then helped me to understand what was going on. He then explained what they were going to do for me, to rid my PC of viruses, and Geek Tech Pro LLC got the job done! I am very pleased! And yes, I would definitely recommend this business to others."

"This pro is as authentic and honest as they come. After having my computer ruined in hurricane Ida I was wondering whether it was worth getting it fixed or not. After speaking with Seng he was honest about it not being worth fixing due to the costs which would total more than what I paid for the computer. Seng was able to advise me on next steps that would be much cheaper I appreciate his honesty integrity and help!"

Aim for a uniform, smooth joint to ensure a good electrical connection. If it looks crusty and uneven, your iron tip might be dirty or the joint isn’t hot enough. To keep the iron tip clean, wipe the tip with a damp sponge or brass tip cleaner when you spot black spots or rust to remove any oxidation and flux residue. Tinning the tip surface with a small amount of solder offers a layer of additional protection.
