I decided to get a 2nd opinion, Mike from 4 Seasons came out, actually pulled out is ladder and inspected by getting up on the roof (imagine that!). He said he could do what the big roof company wanted to do for a little less but was not necessary and it was clear it just needed some resealing in one area where two roofs came together.
