"We were experiencing a leak in the roof, moisture was accumulating and heat was unknowingly escaping ,adding to our heating bill. The same day we contacted Mr. Brown , he was on our roof repairing the damaged section IN THE POURING RAIN, stopping the leak. Amazing customer service in our moment of need, easing my wife’s worried mind, as we have a newborn baby girl to protect. We contacted our insurance company and Mr Brown met the representative at our house the day of inspection. The adjuster commented on his professional repair. Our insurance company paid for our new roof, we ONLY paid the required deductible. Mr Brown and his company installed the new roof in one day. "From the very beginning, Scott Gunter, the Hixon Company Representative, came to our home well prepared and with plans for an outdoor screened porch and to have a new roof installed. Scott delivered as he said he would, on time, and the best workmanship we could afford. Once here, theHixon crew went right to work. They were on time, quick, but yet, efficient. We couldn't be more happy with the roof. We did install a quality roof with architectural shingles. It was done in two days. There were many, friendly and efficient workers, all here at the same time. They worked very hard and were relentless in their efforts to please my wife and me."
