Jose the tech arrived right on time (which is rare in Miami). He was courteous, patient, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Not only did he clear the clog efficiently, but he also taught me how to maintain my drain using their BioChoice solution instead of harsh chemicals that I was using (oops Drano), which I learned can really damage the pipes over time. It’s rare to find a technician who’s both knowledgeable and genuinely kind and helpful. I’m so grateful for the professional and respectful service. "I highly recommend Bruz. His English isn’t the greatest but he is learning and taking English courses to improve. He speaks both English and Spanish. - He is a honest hard worker. - He works with you and WILL resolve your issue. - He is on time although he did get lost getting to our place which was no big deal. Then he snake drained under the toilet NOT through the toilet which scratches the toilets porcelin. He was professional, respectful of your property, and cleaned up after the work was done. He is willing to patch and paint if need. I can’t say how much I appreciate that he resolved our problem. Lastly, the price was amazingly reasonable for the amount of work he did.
